The Wayne WU001636-0001 iMeter service kit is a comprehensive seal and hardware overhaul for the iMeter Aggressive Fuels meter assembly.

Global Light maintenance kit GL5773-KIT is made to replace Wayne WU001636-0001 iMeter Service Kit. It includes precision-molded fluorosilicone O-rings, heavy-duty side and check-valve covers, metal mounting plates, and all necessary installation hardware to restore a leak-free seal and reliable flow control.  This service set is engineered by Global Light for use with Wayne’s 3/Vista, Ovation, and Ovation 2 dispenser models, ensuring full compatibility with their iMeter® Aggressive Fuels systems

It’s essential whenever the meter is removed for routine calibration or inspection, after exposure to harsh “aggressive” bio‐blend fuels that accelerate seal wear, and anytime fuel leaks or pressure inconsistencies are detected. Typical replacement intervals occur during major preventive‐maintenance cycles or immediately following any sign of O-ring hardening, cracking, or elasto­meric compression set.

By swapping in new fluorosilicone seals and covers GL5773-KIT, you can prevent downtime caused by leaks, maintain accurate flow measurement, and extend the operational life of the iMeter under aggressive-fuel service conditions.
