​The 005-905817 Wayne iMeter® Valve Inlet O-Ring is a critical sealing component designed for dispensers handling aggressive fuels, including ethanol blends (E10–E85) and biodiesel. This O-ring is installed at the inlet side of the Wayne iMeter® valve assembly, between the fuel inlet fitting and the meter housing, ensuring a tight, leak-free seal and stable fuel pressure for accurate metering.

Manufactured from high-resistance fuel-compatible elastomer, this aggressive fuel O-ring withstands chemical exposure, temperature changes, and long operating cycles.

It is commonly replaced together with other service parts such as the WU001636-0001 Aggressive Fuels O-Ring Kit, WU001636-000 iMeter Service Kit, internal valve seals, and calibration gaskets.

You can choose between two Global Light manufactured kits WU001636-0001 Wayne Imeter Aggressive Fuels Orings only kit, GL5773-ORINGS and WU001636-0001 Wayne® iMeter® Aggressive Fuels Service Kit, includes metal plates, hardware and O-rings (fluorosilicone rubber), GL5773-KIT

Replacement is recommended during annual preventive maintenance, whenever the valve assembly is opened, when switching to higher ethanol blends, or if signs of seepage, odor, pressure drop, or calibration drift appear. Timely replacement prevents leaks, protects meter accuracy, and reduces costly dispenser downtime.
