​The GL5540 Gilbarco Advantage® Diesel Overlay from Global Light is a replacement Diesel & PRESS PTS button overlay for Gilbarco Advantage® fuel dispensers. It identifies the Diesel fuel product and includes “PRESS” informative text for clear customer operation.

Fuel grade overlays are exposed to sunlight, moisture, cleaning chemicals, fuel vapors, and constant customer use. When old decals become faded, scratched, torn, or lifted at the edges, they reduce both readability and the professional appearance of the dispenser.

The GL5540 decal is manufactured from UV-treated polycarbonate that is weather resistant and designed to withstand outdoor fuel station conditions. Global Light combines this material with 3M™ High Performance Acrylic Adhesive 200MP, which delivers excellent shear strength to resist slippage and edge lifting.

Together, these materials make a rugged and robust product that maintains durability even with everyday use.
