The GL5599-DIESEL2 Gilbarco pump Diesel grade select PRESS TO START button overlay from Global Light is a replacement PTS button decal / button cover graphic sticker / product selection fuel rating label designed for Gilbarco Encore® and Encore S® fuel dispensers. This yellow overlay with black lettering identifies the “DIESEL#2” fuel grade and includes informative “PRESS” text for customer guidance.

Fuel grade decals help customers quickly identify products. Regulations also require clear posting of fuel octane and grade information on gasoline dispensers. Over time, dirt accumulation, tearing, edge lifting, fading, and patchy degradation ruin dispenser appearance and reduce readability.

Outdoor UV exposure and temperature cycling make low-quality polymer films brittle, causing cracking, flaking, and adhesive failure. Global Light manufactures durable long-term octane decals using Lexan® materials co-extruded with a UV-resistant protective layer. The pre-installed 3M™ 467MP high-performance 200MP acrylic adhesive provides strong bubble-free bonding and long-term resistance to sunlight, fuel vapors, moisture, and repeated customer use.

Customers using dual Diesel layouts should also review the EU02005G001 Gilbarco Encore S® yellow “PRESS” octane sheet overlay set (GL5599-ALT). Stations using standard Diesel layouts may need the EU02006G020 Gilbarco® Encore S Octane Grade Sheet (GL5599) or the individual EU02006G DIESEL overlay (GL5599-D). If the push-button itself is worn or damaged, Global Light also offers the M06139A001 Gilbarco Encore® Grade Select Push Button (GL5802).
