M10206B002 and M08317B002 are the left-side soft-key membrane keypads used next to the 10.4 inch color display on Gilbarco Encore dispensers. They provide the four “soft” buttons aligned to the left edge of the LCD that customers press to answer on-screen prompts.  

M10206B002 is the newer left soft-keys keypad that replaces the earlier M08317B002. If you have M08317B002 installed, M10206B002 or the GL5765 Global Light replacement keypad is the recommended current replacement.

Swap the Gilbarco fuel pump keypad when left-side soft keys don’t register, respond intermittently, or require excessive force; when the flex-tail/ribbon is cracked from door movement; after liquid ingress or condensation causes phantom presses; or when the overlay is torn and no longer seals.

UV/temperature swings can also embrittle the poly layer over time—if you see inconsistent key response or visible damage, plan a replacement with the part.

These type of Gilbarco keypad membrane are routine wear items on high-traffic sites, and the Global Light engineered GL5765 membrane keyboard drop-in makes field replacement quick (no cabinet mods or firmware changes needed). They mount behind the front fascia on the E-CIM/NGPM door assembly.
