The combined pulser GL3109 are designed by Global Light for replacement Gilbarco pulsers M05840B001, M05840B002, M15182B001, M15182B002 specifically for use with the Gilbarco Encore series of fuel dispensers, covering the following models: Encore 500, Encore 500 S, Encore 700S. It is sold assembled with connectors: two 14-pin ribbon cables carrying pulse signal, power, and ground.

The Gilbarco combined pulser M05840B001, M05840B002, M15182B001, M15182B002 converts the mechanical motion of the fuel meter’s turbine into electrical signals (pulses) proportional to the volume of liquid passing through. These signals are sent to the dispenser’s control module in order to:

• Register delivered volume (pulse counting).

• Compute instantaneous flow rate (pulse frequency).

• Synchronize transactions with the CRIND or other payment systems.
