​The GL5561 Gilbarco Encore® S Octane Overlay Kit from Global Light is a replacement fuel grade decal and push-to-start overlay set designed for Gilbarco Encore® S dispensers configured with 87, 89, and 90 octane Non-Ethanol fuel grades. Featuring a blue and white color layout, this overlay kit restores professional dispenser appearance and improves fuel grade readability for customers.

In hot climates, low-quality button overlays often fragment into small square cracks, commonly known as “alligatoring,” leaving behind stubborn adhesive residue that is difficult to remove. Continuous exposure to heat and sunlight causes cheap adhesives to soften, collect dirt around the edges, and eventually allow the overlay to shift out of position.
