​The GL5863-L Gilbarco long (85″ / 2110 mm) door gasket from Global Light is a replacement of Q12406-19 flexible bulb-style fuel pump door seal designed for Gilbarco Encore® 500 and 700 S models. This long gasket section helps seal the dispenser door area and protect internal components from moisture, dust, dirt, fuel vapors, and outdoor contamination.

The bulb-style gasket profile compresses when the door is closed, helping create a secure seal between the dispenser door and frame. A worn, flattened, cracked, or loose gasket can allow contamination to enter the dispenser cabinet and may reduce long-term protection of internal electronics, displays, wiring, and door-mounted components.

Global Light door seals and gaskets are manufactured with components resistant to high and low operating temperatures, temperature cycling, fuel vapors, chemicals, UV exposure, and harsh outdoor service conditions. This helps the gasket maintain flexibility and sealing performance during daily forecourt operation.

The Q12406-19 long gasket is commonly used together with the Q12406-18 short gasket, GL5863-S. For a complete and reliable repair, Global Light recommends replacing both gaskets at the same time using the Q12406-18 / Q12406-19 Gilbarco Encore® Door Gasket Kit, GL5863-K (Kit). Replacing only one gasket may leave an old, compressed, or brittle seal on the dispenser door.
