​The GL5757-KIT Gilbarco® Encore® Set of 6 Pump Overlays from Global Light is a complete dispenser overlay kit designed for refurbishing the standard Gilbarco Encore® 300 / 500 CRIND and display panel areas. This kit is used to restore a clean, professional appearance to worn, scratched, faded, or damaged dispenser graphics.

The kit includes the following 6 overlays:

1. EN06006G001 – Gilbarco Encore® Standard CRIND Option Panel Overlay, GL5757-1
2. EN07006G001 – Gilbarco Encore® 300 / 500 Standard Option Panel Decal, GL5757-2
3. EN02002G004 – Gilbarco Encore® Standard CRIND Main Display Overlay with Speaker Holes, GL5757-3
4. EN11007G003 – Gilbarco Encore® Standard Nozzle Panel Overlay for Left CIM, Single Hose, GL5757-4
5. EN04001G001 – Gilbarco Encore® Standard Left Display Blank Overlay, GL5757-5

This kit does not include the customer input keypad overlay. If the keypad area is also damaged, it should be ordered separately according to the dispenser configuration.

Global Light manufactures these overlays using durable Lexan® polycarbonate material and 3M™ Adhesive Transfer Tape 467MP. The 200MP adhesive system provides outstanding adhesion to metal and high surface energy plastics, while its 2 mil thickness delivers excellent shear strength to resist slippage and edge lifting. The thinner 467MP adhesive also allows a lower profile edge when layering graphics.

Lexan® polycarbonate offers excellent durability for dispenser graphics, including UV resistance, thermal stability from -40°C to 120°C, chemical resistance to many acids, alkalis, and hydrocarbons, and easy fabrication without cracking or breaking.
