The 005‑921130 is a fluorosilicone double‑bump O‑ring kit, typically used at the outlet tube of the Wayne iMeter assembly, which handles aggressive fuels such as ethanol blends.

Positioned in the hydraulic path, these seals protect against fuel leakage and ensure accurate metering. However, constant exposure to aggressive fuels and fuel pressure leads to swelling, hardening, or deformation of the O-rings.

New non-OEM Global Light O-rings service kit GL5831 (made to replace OEM part number 005-921130) consists of four fluorosilicone, double-bump O-rings designed specifically for sealing the outlet tube of Wayne iMeter assemblies, especially those delivering ethanol-blended fuels.

It’s recommended to inspect and replace this Wayne iMeter service set during annual preventive maintenance or whenever the iMeter is serviced.
