​The GL5198-D Complete Octane Cover Sheet from Global Light is a replacement for the 888717-002 Wayne Ovation® fuel grade overlay assembly, featuring fuel selections from 85 to 94 octane plus Diesel. Installed on the dispenser grade-select area, this complete overlay sheet restores clear fuel identification, professional appearance, and consistent branding across the entire button panel.

Many service companies and station owners prefer replacing the whole octane sheet instead of individual octane button overlays because it significantly reduces overall service costs. Labor and technician travel time often cost more than the decals themselves, so replacing all grades during one maintenance visit helps avoid repeat service calls for additional faded or peeling buttons later. A full sheet also provides better visual consistency, easier alignment, and more uniform adhesion than installing separate overlays individually.

For best refurbishment results, technicians should also inspect the plastic buttons themselves. If the original button surfaces are scratched or worn, consider replacing them with the 888872-001 Wayne Service Button Set (plastic and hardware only), Global Light part GL5198-PLAS.
