Gasboy CFT Electronic Meter with Manual Calibration (swivel ball on shaft). The inlet is to the right of the calibration dial.  The outlet is at the bottom of the meter.

“CFT” meters are used in Gasboy K-Series Atlas dispensers introduced in 2005.  The “K” Series replaced the “Q” Series.
